SPHERICAL
PLAIN & ROD END BEARINGS
Spherical plain bearings of
maintenance-free PTFE lined, and low maintenance quality are held
within BRT. Rod-end bearings are carried in male, female and weld
on shank versions with various types of sliding surfaces ranging
from brass on steel to Md02 on steel dependent on load and application.
Available in Inch & Metric Sizes.
nEEDLE
rOLLER & sLIM sECTION BEARINGS Bearings of thin section
capable of carrying high loads are available in needle roller format.
Both drawn cup shell and ground steel outer ring type are held to
service industrial needs. Needle roller thrust bearings, with washers
and combined radial axial load bearings (ball and needle in same
bearing arrangement) suitable for short centre applications, are
stock items. Slim section, light radial load ball bearings conforming
to ISO dimension plan 15 are readily available. Needle roller bearings
are available with and without inner rings.

LINEAR
MOTION BEARINGS
The use of linear motion within Industry has increased
dramatically, as has the need to reduce friction in linear applications.
BRT offer a wide range of linear bearing solutions ranging from
non-precision plain bearings to complex high-precision systems complete
with ball screws if required. Ball bushings, shaft support blocks
and rails and accessories are examples of our stock range.
